Social Networking and Privacy
I used to think that what we put on the internet was private but as I recently found out anything can be found. No matter what the privacy setting is on a network there is probably always a way for people to see your stuff. On Facebook you can make it so only your friends can see your profile but as I recently found out in class that the adds that you see on you Facebook page pop up because of what "interests" you which is kinda freaky. If you change your relationship status to in a relationship your adds are now about marriage, but if you change your relationship status to married your adds are now about divorce ! Kinda funny when you think about it ! Also on twitter anyone can search you up which is freaky. Same thing as on Instagram, anyone can see your pictures if they search the right thing. All I'm saying is these social networks don't seem to have as big as privacy policy as we think they do.
